In partnership with the Ohio Department of Health (ODH), the Charitable Healthcare Network (CHN) is pleased to announce Anthony Mougianis, from Apollo Pro Cleaning & Restoration as the 2023 Free Clinic Community Partner of the Year Award winner for his support of the Ohio Valley Health Center (OVHC) in Steubenville.

This generous support enables us to meet our patient’s needs, expand our care and outreach, begin new programs and expand existing ones, and fulfill our mission and impact and transform the lives of thousands of patients in the Ohio Valley. Apollo Pro Cleaning & Restoration, under the committed and philanthropic leadership of Anthony Mougianis, have demonstrated excellence in their longtime and ongoing support of OVHC and are truly worthy of this honor,” according to Ann Quillen, the OVHC’s Executive Director.
Apollo Pro Cleaning & Restoration, and in particular, Anthony Mougianis, has been a partner of the Ohio Valley Health Center (OVHC) since the beginning. In 2013, Apollo repaired massive damage to OVHC’s building after a winter storm. The relationship between Apollo and OVHC has strengthened since, through the involvement of Apollo’s CEO and president, Anthony Mougianis. Mougianis agreed to serve on the OVHC Board of Directors in 2016, soon after became the Board’s vice chairperson, and has been faithfully serving as Board president since 2019.
Mougianis established Apollo in 2001 as a local and regional cleaning and restoration company. Apollo has expanded greatly over the past 22 years to include a full realm of cleaning and restoration services. Apollo is a company that prides itself not only on the quality of cleaning but also on customer service and being a positive influence in the community. The OVHC provides high-quality health care to uninsured and underinsured individuals in the Ohio Valley, regardless of ability to pay. The OVHC is a 501c3 organization that provides healthcare services to medically uninsured individuals, supported financially through private donations, gifts, and grants. As part of Free Clinic Appreciation Month, the Charitable Healthcare Network and the Ohio Department of Health recognize the accomplishments of Ohio's free clinics with Free Clinic Award presentations.
